  • Participation to the MPEG normalization process since 2007, including an active involvement in the MPEG RVC (Reconfigurable Video Coding) working group.
  • Setting-up and participation to French collaborative projects :  CPER Palmyre (2000-2005), DGE Mobimage (2005-2007), DGE Scalimage (2006-2008), FUI8 SVC4QoE (2009-2011), setting-up of the MODAE company (fond de maturation région Bretagne – 2009), ANR COMPA (2011-2015)
  • 8 industrial partnership including 3 PhDs.
  • Reviewer for several journals (IEEE TCSVT, Springer JSPS et JRTIP, Eurasip) and conferences (Gretsi, CORESA, DASIP).
  • Member of the « Commission de Spécialistes section 61 »»  at INSA de Rennes since 2005, including the participation to the recruitment of several Assistant Professors and Professors at INSA Rennes, UBS Lorient (France) and the University of Toulouse (France).
  • Member of the organization committee of JISE’06 and the IEEE European conference DASIP’07 and DASIP’09
